Lesson Registration
To reserve your spot, follow these four steps
1.Read and sign the Studio Prospectus.
Email your signed copy to bethanyhkimball@gmail.com. Email Bethany if you would prefer a digital version of this form to fill out and sign.
2. Fill out the “Getting Acquainted” form.
So I can get to know you and come into our lessons prepared!
3. Submit your 50% tuition non-refundable deposit by cash, check, or Zelle.
